Antepartum Doula Package

Need support during pregnancy to prepare for your birth? Feeling unsure of how best to prepare? Need accountability? Let’s work together to develop a custom plan to prepare you emotionally, mentally, and physically to welcome new life into the world.

The Antepartum Doula Package includes:

  • A customized plan focused on preparing physically, mentally, and emotionally for birth

  • Access to a client portal with evidence based articles about pregnancy and childbirth options from sources such as Evidence Based Birth ®

  • Access to Birth Monopoly’s course: 3 Things Parents Need to Know about Hospital Birth

  • Three (3) workbooks (100+ pages) from The Educated Birth covering pregnancy, labor and birth, and the postpartum period

  • One (1) 90-minute virtual birth planning session

  • Two (2) 45 -minute virtual prenatal planning sessions

  • Generous phone, text and email support from time of hire throughout pregnancy to answer any questions/concerns, provide referrals, etc.

  • Referral list of multidisciplinary providers that care for pregnant and postpartum individuals

Investment: $800

Birth Doula Package

The Birth Doula Package includes:

  • Access to a client portal with evidence based articles about pregnancy and childbirth options from sources such as Evidence Based Birth ®

  • Generous phone, text and email support from time of hire throughout pregnancy to answer any questions/concerns, provide referrals, etc.

  • Three (3) workbooks (100+ pages) from The Educated Birth covering pregnancy, labor and birth, and the postpartum period

  • Two (2) in-home Prenatal Visits before week 38

  • On call availability 24/7 starting at week 38 of pregnancy

  • Continuous in person labor support

  • One (1) in person postpartum visit

  • Referral list of multidisciplinary providers that care for pregnant and postpartum individuals

  • Phone and text support for up to 6 weeks postpartum

Investment: $3,000

NB: Birth doula package is contingent upon completion of a non-hospital based childbirth education course

What to Expect

  1. Book a consultation. A free 30 min consultation is the first step to adding me to your birth team!  

  2. Sign a contract + pay the 50% retainer fee. The contract will outline the terms of our work together, payment schedule, and contingencies  

  3. Complete the client intake form + familiarize yourself with the client portal and workbook.

  4. Schedule your childbirth education classes. I’m here to support you with identifying a class that works for your schedule and budget.

  5. Schedule your first in person prenatal visit.  We’ll have 2 in person prenatal visits before you give birth, and many other opportunities to connect virtually before, between, and after those two in person touch points. During our visits, we'll discuss your goals for birth, birth preferences, practice comfort measures, labor positions and more.

  6. Have a baby! Starting at 38 weeks I’ll be on call for you 24/7 and will join you in person for continuous labor support once you are in active labor.
