Hi! I’ve been a birthworker for 3 years and I wear many hats—I’m a certified birth doula, Evidence Based Birth® Instructor, Integrative Lactation and Feeding Specialist, Ivy League lecturer and coloring enthusiast who is passionate about helping parents navigate their care with confidence. My superpower is building bridges between the medical system and families seeking empowered births. As a perinatal patient advocate my role is to elevate the wishes of my clients and facilitate constructive dialogue between providers and families. I believe that when families have access to evidence-based information and know how to effectively communicate with their care team, they're empowered to make informed choices. Can’t wait to have you in class!
